Head-on collision on South Freeway kills 82-year-old man
FORT WORTH – For reasons still under investigation, a driver veered across three lanes while traveling near 2100 N. South Freeway Friday, June 21, colliding with another vehicle and then a concrete barrier, the Star-Telegram reported.
Hung Quang La, 82, received multiple blunt force injuries in the collision, which took place shortly before 10 p.m. Police had no explanation as to what caused the driver to move across traffic lanes.
