Man Killed on Loop 12 in Dallas by Underage Intoxicated Driver
A 26-year-old man lost his life due to an 20-year-old intoxicated driver on Loop 12 in Dallas. The 26-year-old patient was taken to a hospital but died a short time later due to his injuries. Our firm is so sorry to hear about the unecessary loss of life due to the negligence of a drunk driver. The victim's family should pursue the drunks auto insurance as well as possible PIP and UIM insurance of the victim.
