Pedestrian Killed Crossing Road on Webb Chapel in Dallas
A female pedestrian was fatally struck by a 16-year-old male driver on Webb Chapel in Dallas. The pedestrian was in the right lane when she was struck, and not at a crosswalk. We are sorry to hear the passing of the pedestrian as well as the trauma the 16 year old will live with for the rest of their life.
