Crash in Dallas on I-30 Kills 2 Women and Injures 1 Child By Rocky Walton on April 21, 2020

On the night of April 18, 2020, a passenger vehicle with two women and one child was stopped along I-30 in Dallas at Hampton Road to assist a family member with mechanical issues. When they left, they entered a lane of traffic in reverse and were struck in the rear by a pickup truck. Both vehicles sustained major damage. Both women, a 28-year-old and a 54-year-old, were extricated and taken to a hospital where they both died. A 5-year-old passenger in the vehicle was injured but in stable condition. The pickup truck driver was not seriously injured. This was an unfortunate accident due to the female driver. We are very sorry to hear about the death and injuries sustained in this crash. The passenger and child may have potential liability as well as UM claims. Our office is available for a free consultation to answer any insurance questions.
