Drunk Driver Injures Two Dallas Officers I35 Hwy 67 Split in Dallas By Rocky Walton on May 18, 2020

On May 14, 2020, two Dallas Police Officers were blocking off traffic from an earlier collision when a woman hit the police car. The police car spun and then hit both officers. The woman, a 21year old, failed a sobriety test and is facing an intoxication assault charge. Two passengers in her vehicle sustained minor injures and were taken to a hospital. Because the police officers were on the job, they likely have opened a workers compensation claim, but they also have possible third party claims against the drunk driver. Our office is available for a free consultation to the injured police officers. Our firm has helped many police officers and city employees over the last 45 years.
