ATV Crash Injures Multiple Children in Johnson County By Rocky Walton on May 19, 2020

On May 17, 2020, an ATV with multiple passengers overturned, causing several injuries. One passenger was airlifted to a children’s hospital and multiple ambulances transported at least 4 other patients to local hospitals. ATV crashes have increased since March 2020 due to the coronavirus. Mostly children and young adults have started spending more times outdoors on ATVs and UTVs. We cannot state enough that these types of vehicles are not toys and should be driven with caution with all safety precautions should be taken as if driving a regular vehicle. Children should be supervised when operating these vehicles. Our office is available for free consultations to discuss any potential liability claims.
