Arlington Crash Kills One Motorcyclist and Injures Another By Rocky Walton on June 12, 2020

On the late night of June 11, 2020, a motorcycle crashed into a vehicle along SH-360 in Arlington near Pioneer Parkway and killed the operator of the motorcycle. A passenger on the motorcycle, a female rider, sustained serious injures and was taken to a hospital. Both the driver and passenger on the motorcycle were ejected in the crash. Preliminary reports say the motorcyle, operated by a 57-year-old man, hit the back of a truck as traffic was stopping for construction. It is possible to pursue a liability claim against the vehicle in front of the motorcycle for stopping suddenly. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the occupants involved in this horrific crash. Our office is available for a free consultation.
