Truck Hits Minivan, Kills 1 Injures 1
On the very early morning of June 13, 2020, a pickup truck struck a 57-year-old man and 60-year-old woman as they were getting into a minivan. Both the man and woman were taken to a hospital where the woman died and the man sustained serious injuries. The woman was using a walker while the man was helping her into the van parked along a curb on Canada Drive in Dallas. The driver of the truck, a 33-year-old man, failed to ender aid. Police located him hiding near the scene. He is being charged with accident involving death and accident involving serious bodily injury.
