Passenger in Intoxicated Driver Vehicle Killed in Crash
On the very early morning of June 17, 2020, a man and woman traveling in a vehicle along Highway 380 near Legacy Drive in Frisco were involved in a major accident. The male driver was intoxicated and operated the vehicle at high speeds before he lost control and the vehicle overturned several times. He did not sustain any serious injuries. The female passenger, however, was ejected from the vehicle and taken to a hospital where she died. The man is being charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
