Garbage Truck Hits Disabled Vehicle Killing 1 in Dallas off I-30 By Rocky Walton on July 01, 2020

On the night of June 30, 2020, a garbage truck struck a stopped vehicle in a main lane of travel along I-30 near Westmoreland Road in Dallas. The vehicle didn't have any lights on. One person in the vehicle was initially critically injured and received CPR from paramedics, but died soon after. Investigations continue by Dallas Police Department. At this time, we are unsure why the disabled vehicle was in the roadway with no lights. We are praying for all involved and our office is available for a free consultation regarding this matter.
