Rollover Crash Ejects, Kills 1
On the night of August 1, 2020, a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed along Highway 287 in Mansfield near the Highway 360 interchange struck another vehicle causing a passenger to be ejected as it overturned. The ejected person died at the scene. It's unclear if the speeding driver was injured. Our office is available for a free consultation for possible wrongful death claims and UIM claims.
