Wrong-Way Crash Kills Teenager
On the very early morning of August 1, 2020, a 22-year-old woman driving the wrong direction on I-45 in Ellis County struck a passenger vehicle head-on and then a pickup truck struck her vehicle. The woman sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital. The driver of the passenger vehicle, a 17-year-old woman, died at the scene. The pickup driver did not sustain serious injuries.
