Hit and Run Driver Seriously Injures Motorcyclist
On the very early morning of September 21, 2020, a gold or tan colored truck struck a motorcyclist from behind and ejected near Central Drive on Highway 183 in Bedford. The truck did not stop, continuing east on the highway. The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet and sustained multiple serious injuries. Police are asking for help finding the hit and run truck driver. The motorcyclist might have a un-insured motorist claim if they had UM coverage on their policy. If the motorcyclist did not have UM coverage, it is possible they would be entitled to Victim's Compensation through the Bedford police department. Our office is available for a free consultation.
