Driver Making U-Turn Killed By Semi
On the morning of October 7, 2020, an SUV driver attempted to make a u-turn on South Main Street at BB Fielder Road in Weatherford when she was struck on her drivers side by an 18-wheeler and killed. The SUV driver, a 76-year-old woman, died at the scene and was extricated from her vehicle. The driver of the semi was not injured and it isn't believed that alchohol or speeding were a factor in this crash. We believe that the 18 Wheeler likely could have stopped / avoided this crash.
