Hit and Run Injures Teenage Pedestrian
On the morning of October 9, 2020, a 19-year-old male was struck by a hit-and-run driver as he was walking down the street near South Mayhill Road in Denton. The male was found lying in the grass in the median. He sustained serious injuries and was taken to a hospital. He believes the vehicle that struck him was an SUV but can't recall the color. Investigations continue. For now, a UM claim should be filed on the 19 year old's auto policy or possibly his parents auto policy if he still lived with his parents or was in college.
