Drunk Driver Kills Two Men Pushing Stalled Van - Dallas, TX
On the evening of November 22, 2020, two men were pushing a stalled van along the I-45 service road near Simpson Stuart Road in Dallas when an intoxicated 59-year-old pickup truck driver collided with the back of the van. Both men were unfortunately killed at the scene after being struck by the pickup. The pickup truck driver was arrested and charged with Intoxication Manslaughter. Three occupants of the van were not seriously injured. Our office is praying for those involved and their families during this tragic time. Our office is available for a free consutlation. Specifically, we would like to investigate if the drunk had been drinking at a bar / restaurant which would give the families the right to make a dram shop claim.
