Car Wash Worker Killed by Machine - Irving, TX
On the afternoon of December 4, 2020, a 39-year-old man became trapped in a machine at Wash Masters car wash and detail center near MacArthur Boulevard on 635 in Irving. Emergency responders extricaded the man from the machine and took him to a hospital where he died after the unfortunate accident. No foul play is believed to be a factor at this time.
