Driver of Flipped Truck and Passenger Injured - Wise County, TX
On the very early morning of December 22, 2020, a 23-year-old man driving a Dodge Ram pickup was traveling northbound on US Highway 81 in Wise County when his pickup veered onto the shoulder, overcorrected, overturned several times, and rested in the southbound lanes. The driver sustained injuries in the crash that ejected him from his pickup and was taken to a hospital. A 34-year-old male passenger also sustained injuries in the collision and was taken to a hospital. It is unclear what exactly caused the pickup driver to veer off the roadway.
