Driver Hits Disabled Vehicle, Kills Driver - Arlington, TX
On the very early morning of December 27, 2020, a vehicle with two occupants became disbaled after a crash and was hit by another vehicle with three occupants crashed into it along Highway 360 in Arlington. The driver of the first vehicle was about to get out at the time of the second crash and died at the scene. The other driver, a man in his 40's, was charged with intocxication manslaughter. The passengers of the vehicles sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to a hospital.
