Pedestrian Killed By 18-Wheeler on Tollway - Frisco, TX
On the night of December 27, 2020, a pedestrian was walking along the southbound lanes of Sam Rayburn Tollway in Frisco near Custer Road. As an 18-wheeler approached, the pedestrian walked in front of the semi and was struck and killed. Reports state the driver of the semi attempted to move out of the way but was unsuccessful. The driver did not sustain any injuries. Investigations continue as to whether the pedestrian intentionally walked in front of the truck.
