Pedestrian Killed by Intoxicated Driver - Dallas, TX
On June 5, 2021, a pedestrian sitting along the median on Northwest Highway and Starlight Road in Dallas was pushed into a box car and lost their life after an intoxicated driver struck them. The driver lost control of his vehicle while traveling west on Northwest Highway when he struck the pedestrian. The driver was charged with intoxiction manslaughter and taken to a hospital for evaluation.
