Wrong-Way Crash Injures 1, Kills 1 - Lewisville, TX
On the very early morning of July 19, 2021, a driver traveling north in southbound lanes of Interstate 35E near Justin Road/FM407 in Lewisville caused a crash that involved six vehicles. The driver of the wrong-way vehicle, a 40-year-old man from Mexico, died at the scene and was reported to have a heavy odor of alcohol. A driver sustained serious injuries after their vehicle was hit the hardest head-on.
