Pedestrian and Horse Injured by Erratic Driver in Downtown - Dallas TX By Rocky Walton on August 23, 2021

On the very early morning of August 22, 2021, a pedestrian was critically injured by a man driving erratically and at a high speed on Elm Street in downtown Dallas. The driver also crashed his car into another vehicle with two passengers, who were not injured. In addition, the erratic driver struck a Dallas police horse. The vehicle came to a stop near Ross Avenue as the wheels came off the truck and police took the driver into custody.
