Intoxicated Driver, High Speeds Kill 1 - Arlington, TX By Rocky Walton on September 07, 2021

On the night of September 6, 2021, an intoxicated driver traveling at high speeds lost his life along I-30 near Highway 360 after rear-ending another vehicle. The vehicle that was rear-ended was disabled in the fast lane of traffic and could not pull over on the shoulder because of construction. The flashing hazard lights were on to alert oncoming vehicles, but the other vehicle was unable to stop and died at the scene. The driver of the disabled vehicle did not sustain serious injuries.
