Fiery Crash Kills 1, Injures 4 - Collin County TX
On the morning of October 3, 2021, a driver was killed and 4 others were injured in a head-on collision on FM 6 near Highway 78 in Collin County. The collision caused one vehicle to catch fire, trapping the occupants. An adult and three children sustained major injuries and were flown to hospitals. Investigations continue as to which vehicle veered over into oncoming traffic.
