[00:00:19.05] We can meet by Zoom, or we can have a meeting [00:00:22.08] that's almost as effective as an in-person meeting. [00:00:25.11] Whatever is convenient for the client. [00:00:27.09] We can meet after hours, we can meet on weekends if necessary. [00:00:30.22] Some clients have a strict work schedule, [00:00:34.04] and they can't always come to the office between 8 and 5 when our office is open. [00:00:39.21] So we try to be flexible for the client so that we can meet them [00:00:43.11] on terms that are convenient to them. [00:00:46.00] We also have sometimes hybrid meetings. [00:00:48.15] Maybe we have a session with the court or a session with a mediator. [00:00:53.07] Our client may be here with us in person. [00:00:55.15] We have the technology for the mediator or the court to participate remotely. [00:01:00.12] So sometimes we have that hybrid option where the client is here in person, [00:01:04.22] but we are together participating in an online video conference. [00:01:08.11] That's helpful in situations [00:01:09.21] where maybe the client doesn't feel technologically savvy [00:01:13.17] to set those things up on their own. We're here to help with that. [00:01:16.11] It's particularly helpful for clients who work, [00:01:18.16] or maybe they have kids at home that they're taking care of, [00:01:21.14] that we can meet outside of regular business hours, [00:01:24.21] or we can meet remotely, however is workable for them, [00:01:27.17] to show that we're always here for them [00:01:29.06] and always able to meet and come to them on their terms.
